There are seven typical unit types ranging between 850 sq ft and 1350 sq ft with five others in single level penthouses and duplexes ranging between 1600 sq ft and 2300 sq ft catering to the needs of a wider spectrum of inhabitants.
The four towers are linked by a vast and long landscaped deck housing all the common facilities including an Olympic length infinity pool and with two featured glass “cubes”, the gymnasium and multi-purpose hall, that cantilever to overlook the central court of All Seasons Place.
The All Seasons Place designed unlike the conventional typical shop-lots but more of the introverted “shopping complex” being externalized and extroverted to form shop-plex and flanked in the middle by a central event court and at both ends by a stylized architecturally unrestrained individual unit. The overall dynamic composition attracts patrons and allows hives of activities to happen naturally and had transformed this enclave into a vibrant precinct which was once quiet.
