Infinity Condominiums

The approach to the condominium is via a grand boulevard of trees creating a statement with the entrance to the development strategically placed at the end, closer to the sea, to celebrate the journey. A common porch unites the two towers, defined by a semi-circle metal cladding structure with a skylight above, forming the focal point of arrival. Stretched out beyond the porte cochere is the swimming pool, accentuated by design to provide an INFINITY view merging with the sea beyond. At ground vast open decks are provided inviting the lush landscape and natural sunlight merging the delineation between the inside and outside. The common facilities at Ground are also designed to allow indoor activities to spill out into the outdoors allowing interchangeability of space.

The external architectural design depicts a modern and contemporary approach, adopting clean lines with intersecting layers and planes. The towers are capped with a huge Brise Soleil, not only providing shade and shelter to the roof garden but also creating a distinct architectural form, in a sense being iconic.
