M City was conceived as an icon exuberating with the concept of city garden living, a challenge for this narrow site allowing only a narrow footprint whilst maintaining building efficiency and the added equation of perceived slenderness of structure.
6 Hanging Sky Garden were introduced to stretch the usable green space. Not merely decks, but real gardens, each with theme unique to itself. These Sky Gardens serving 1843 units spans between the three 40 storey blocks and function also as lateral support to these slender buildings.
