MKN Embassy Techzone, a low density MSC status ICT business park is located in the flagship zone of Cyberjaya and aimed mainly for lease to multinational companies.
Phase 2 of the development consists mainly of two office buildings of 7 and 12 storeys connected to a common multi-level car park and a separate cafeteria block with other amenities, all set in a lush landscaped park campus setting.
These buildings are designed as 5 star rated high tech offices and green. Most are orientated to N-S with the offices cladded in solar controlled curtain wall together with other energy efficient and water saving features.
