Schematic Design
The strategic 9.5 acre site at the cross roads of the Federal and the LDP highways was designed to be the business centre of Petaling Jaya and aimed to bring a lifestyle of wellness into the corporate segment.
The project with eleven en-bloc boutique office towers and one multiple strata office tower with sizes ranging from 50,000sqft to 70,000 sqft per block incorporated offices with column free floors on a seven storey podium.
The 27 storey corporate office tower was complimented by the wellness tower with a wellness centre, wellness suites and the wellness hotel arranged to have good visibility from the highways and to maximise views across PJ. The 115,00sqft convention hall was supported by restaurants, retail outlets, a supermarket and foodcourt.
Innovations were promoted to encourage a healthier working lifestyle combined with technically advanced features such gen-set ready spaces, anti-radiation coatings, alkaline water filtration systems, UV light filtration, VRF a/c system, underfloor trunking and automated waste collection systems.
The TOD based development was well connected with easy access to major highways with a covered elevated walkway to the KTM and BRT stations. The landscape deck provided connectivity to the residences at Phase 1.
