The masterplan comprised of several parcels of land surrounding a future cross junction of four roads, namely Jalan Bukit Gambir (North), Jalan Mayang Pasir (South), Lebuh Mahsuri (East) and Pesara Mahsuri 5 (West).
With these linkages, dynamism of activities would not only be generated within the proposed development, but also extend to its neighbouring developments.
An “iconic” unconventional masterplan was conceived for PICC creating it a Distinct, Vibrant and Dynamic precinct, the latest addition to the Cityscape of Penang. It is envisioned to future proof PICC, making it not only a Smart, Integrated, Self-Sustaining, Well Connected city but also a place where one could call Home, a place to Work, Learn,
Heal, Recuperate, Rest and Play in a totally Secured and Green Environment. A Dynamic Symbiosis within this new Community would be created to further enhance the Vibrancy and Colourfulness of the rich Cultural Heritage of Penang putting it another first in the world map.
The master plan was generated with the shopping mall and business hub at the centre with residential towers, serviced apartments and a world-class hospital surrounding it. The landscaped sky garden and pocket garden of the business hub act as the green lungs of the whole development. At the heart of the masterplan will be an iconic 50-storey tower serving as a landmark to the development which consists of hotel, serviced apartment and office.
