The design of Quinn Residence takes advantage of the challenging site terrain by positioning the car park podium at the lower platform and allowing the apartment suite tower to sit and rise statuesquely from the higher platform. The apartment suite tower is meticulously orientated diagonally to minimise direct overlooking from the existing adjacent buildings and maximize the unobstructed view corridors towards the Kuala Lumpur City Centre and the Klang Gates Quartz Ridge.

The sleek building form is well-proportioned and articulated with vertical fins and horizontal hoods by dividing the façade into two floating frames which hovered over the lush landscape at ground level. With the addition of protruded light boxes at the rooftop which houses the Sky Gym, the tower crown provides a distinctive design feature and offers the spectacular panoramic view of the KL city skyline.
