Located on a 5.06-acre site along Jalan Segambut, Savvy consists of two 40 storey towers containing 921 service apartments, in a mixture of 2-3 bedrooms, some with dual-key and garden units.
These units are predominantly positioned to face Sungai Keroh providing expansive unobstructed view towards the skyline of Mont Kiara.
The surrounding neighbourhood is predominantly low-rise industrial buildings. To create a sense of arrival and identity, the approach to site is deliberately sheltered further away from the noisy and heavily trafficked Jalan Segambut, allowing a transitional change into a more tranquil home environment.
Set itself to distinguish from the norm of a large and dark car park podium, a central garden was intentionally inserted to split the car park podium mass into two. This lush central green lung allows not only for more light and ventilation into the car park, but doubles as a communal space both for the children to play, to run in safety and also for the residents to enjoy in this urban “oasis”.
This biophilic intervention connects this “oasis” at ground to the lush landscape recreational deck on the top of the podium through the green planters at the sides at all levels. Recreational facilities such as swimming pool, badminton hall, jacuzzi, sauna, jogging track viz a viz on the deck caters for the needs and well-being of the residents.
