A new design typology was created where traditionally the office towers would sit on a carpark podium, the design here sets the office towers to the front and apart to create pockets of landscape in between to give each tower its distinctiveness and frontage whilst the common car-park podium is set and attached to the rear, away from public view. The pockets of landscape between towers allow porosity which soften the whole streetscape creating a more conducive and greener environment.
The sizes of towers range between15,000 to 45,000 sq. ft which suits most SMEs and allows them to corporate brand their towers. The towers are fitted with full height glazing at front with bay windows at sides, allowing ample daylight and views out to the pocket landscape. Flexibility was considered where the pair of semi-detached can easily be connected should the owner acquire both.
